delivery and returns policy

for change of mind or unsuitability, we will assist you with a full refund or exchange (minus the initial shipping costs). if the goods are faulty (unless caused by you), we will provide you with a full refund or exchange (including initial shipping costs). return requests must be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods. please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase. if you wish for a refund, the refund will be applied to the original method of purchase.

if you request a refund or exchange:

  • the goods must be in a saleable condition, in their original packaging;
  • the goods must not been worn or damaged;
  • the original invoice (or copy) as proof of purchase must be provided;

return shipping must be a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Zoe Kratzmann Footwear takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

How to exchange / return

Email orders@zoekratzmann.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and returns form. Once your return / exchange has been approved, you will receive your (RA) number. Fill out the form provided via email and send with the returned item/s to:
